Irregular shaped glass blocks mainly used in fusion for glass blowing, but not only.

It is obtained putting the molten glass inside bowls and leaving it cooling starting the breaking process, that creates the typical blocks known in Murano with the name of “cotisso”.

Daily used by glass masters to create amazing objects, such as the famous Venetian chandeliers, artistic glasses, hand blown vases, bowls, and so on often enhanced with millefiori, rods or frits as decoration.

Available in many different tonalities that can be transparent, opaque, special or opaline, moreover particular tonalities may be produced upon customers' request.

Annealing Temperature: 470°C (878°F)
Coefficient of thermal expansion α (0 ÷ 300°C) = 104 ± 1,5°C-1 10­-7
